Boxing Training Day (Millennium pro/am Rotherham)

17th February 2012

15 young people participating from Hickelton Youth Project took part in a two hour boxing training session for the very first time at a boxing club.
Activities that they took part in were:

• Boxing basics / stance / guard / straights / hooks / uppercuts

• Sparring with some of the boxers
